Magnetic fittings are safe and convenient for most people, but they should not be worn by anyone with a pacemaker or similar medical device, as magnets can interfere with their operation.
If you’re unsure, we always recommend choosing an alternative fitting such as a pin or clip, which we can supply instead.
Magnetic name badges should also be kept away from credit cards, hotel key cards, and electronic devices to avoid potential damage from the magnetic field.

Our standard lead time is 3–5 working days from artwork approval. Delivery usually takes a further 1–2 days, depending on your location.
If you’ve got an urgent deadline, we offer a fast-track service — there’s a small additional charge for this, but we’ll always do our best to meet your timeframe.

Delivery is £4.45 for orders of 1–5 badges, and £6.95 for 6–99 badges.
Orders of 100 badges or more are delivered free of charge to a single UK address.

If you’re on a tight deadline, we offer a fast-track service for urgent orders, subject to production capacity.
This premium option is charged at 10% of the order value (with a minimum charge of £20).

No — despite being very strong, the magnets won’t damage your clothing. They hold securely without leaving any marks or holes, making them a great alternative to pin fittings.

Our magnetic name badges use strong magnets that hold securely through most clothing.
However, if you’re wearing something particularly thick — like a heavy coat or padded jacket — the hold may be slightly reduced. In those cases, a pin or clip fitting might be a better option.

Yes — for trade customers placing regular orders, we offer a credit account facility. You can apply through the “Get a Trade Account” section on our website.
Credit accounts are available once three orders have been completed.
This requirement does not apply to NHS, schools, or government organisations — we’re happy to set this up straight away and can also accept purchase orders for convenience.

Ideally, we recommend vector artwork in an editable EPS, PDF, or AI format.
We can also accept high-resolution JPEGs or PNGs if that’s what you have.
If there are any issues with the quality or format, we can provide a redrawing service to ensure your logo prints perfectly.
We’ll always check your artwork before printing to make sure it looks its best.
