Our exclusive magnetic fixing was designed in-house after we recognised a potential issue with traditional magnetic badge fixings. That’s why we developed a design that securely encloses the magnets within the fixing, preventing them from becoming detached during normal use while still providing an exceptionally strong hold. Do you keep our artwork for future orders?
Yes. Once your badge design has been approved, we keep your artwork on file, making future repeat orders quick and straightforward.
Do I need to approve artwork every time?
Not usually. For repeat orders, we normally only update the names, allowing production to begin much sooner. If your design changes or you’d simply like to see a proof, we’re always happy to provide one.
How long do NHS badge orders take?
Lead times vary depending on the order, but most NHS badge orders are produced and dispatched within 3 – 5 working days following artwork approval where required.
Can departments place their own orders?
